What is Christianity?

This year has created a lot of controversy with people showing less compassion and more contempt, creating “us vs. them” in every conversation. Perhaps it’s because tensions are high with stress, seclusion, and uncertainty. Maybe being sequestered has led people to depend on social media more, where we tend to follow like-minded people and tune into those that reflect our own beliefs while being manipulated by mainstream media. Whatever the reason for such vitriol being spewed and people making snap judgements about others, it’s time that we take inventory of what matters most. We used this opportunity to talk about religion, who made the rules, and how sincerity is far more valuable than merely spewing the rhetoric which many of us were indoctrinated with.
